The Conference Committee has developed an informative and stimulating program based on the theme Across the Divide. This is a diverse program which will showcase some unique medicines management practices in selected areas not presented at previous SHPA conferences, and will offer delegates the chance to present their initiatives and achievements to their local, national and international peers.
